Rules

✿ You must follow us to be able to join our GOs✿ Payments need to be made WITHOUT notes and f&f✿ No backouts are allowed, unless you find a replacement✿ If sets are not filled, a raffle will be made to cover the missing items (only if we miss 1 or 2 item of that set)✿ Raffle will be made either between sets or between joiners✿ If you are hosting a GO from us, you have to inform us about it✿ Late fees will be applied if you miss the deadline (0,10€ - 0,50€ per day, depending on set)✿ We will not tolerate any form of hate, discrimination or disirespectful behaviour towards us, other joiners or members, you WILL be banned and a dwayor will be made✿ If you don't pay your items (initials, ems, customs or doms) 14 days after the deadline, you will lose them, we will not refund you and a time waster post will be made✿ Please, read all the info in the groupchats✿ By joining we asume you have read our carrd

✿ We always buy from trusted sites and verify our proxys, but if we get scammed or the items get lost or damaged, we will not be able to refund your money✿ We are two admins living in different parts of Spain so sometimes the items will not be at the same location and two separate shippings will be made✿ We will always inform to which one of us you have to pay, please read the groupchats. If you pay the wrong person three times in a short span of time, we will charge you a fee of 0,25€✿ There will usually be 4 payments:

ᯓ➤ DOMS✿ We buy from Japan, Korea, China, Indonesia and USA. Items from Chinese market rarely go through customs.✿ EMS and customs will be different in each box:
ᯓ➤ Sometimes a photocard can be 0,15€ and other times 0,60€, for example✿ Each GO will have a new group chat, please enable the option to always be added to groups on your instagram settings, otherwise we will not be able to add you✿ If you claim different members they can be in different batches depending on availability, and sometimes not all of your member claims will go trough. If you want all your claims together, please state when claiming that you want them on the same batch✿ If a post is archived, this means it's closed, if we didn't contact you about your claims, or you see some of your claims are not noted, it's because the batch wasn't filled. Please keep track of your own orders and claims✿ If we don't answer your DMs, feel free to bump but without spamming please✿ Any winner benefit will be stated in the post. It will also say if there is a raffle:
ᯓ➤ If you win a fancall, and there is a signed item, that will always be for you✿ Keep in mind that some GOs can take time to arrive, please only join if you are comfortable with that✿ We will try to keep the masterlist and notion index updated, check it to see the status of the GO✿ Any other kind of info that doesn't appear here, will be specified in the post of each GO

Shipping and DOMS

✿ Items will only be sent after paying the DOMs (this doesn't apply to vinted)✿ Vinted available for Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg✿ Mondial Relay available for shipping✿ Stamped letters tracked and non-tracked:

✿ Any other kind of packages will be calculated individually based on size, weight and destination✿ Outside of the European Union, customs may apply. We will not be responsable for those.✿ Doms will be added to shipping price and will vary acording to the size of packages and material used:
ᯓ➤ 1 to 5 photocards: 0,30€
ᯓ➤ 5 to 10 photocards: 0,60€
ᯓ➤ 10 or more photocards: 1€
ᯓ➤ For packages that combine photocards and other items (for example merch, plushies, albums...): 0,50€ - 2€, according to size
ᯓ➤ Vinted: minimum 1€, can be higher depending on package size✿ If we do not receive your shipping form 14 days after deadline you will lose your items, unless previously discussed✿ You will have 7 days to pay doms after asking for them, if not, you will lose your items✿ If you don't buy the vinted ad after sending you the link or reserving the item for you (you will have 7 days to do so), you will lose your items✿ Holds are allowed if you are waiting for more items that will arrive soon and ONLY if they are small items. For large items, such as merch, we won't be able to hold them for more than 14 days, we will try to ship them as soon as they arrive
